Belotero Filler is a Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injectable that adds volume to the skin, like a traditional filler.

Belotero Balance Filler has become renowned for under eyes. While personal recommendations may vary, it’s one of our go-tos for the tear troughs because of its formulation.

Specifically, Belotero Balance is able to integrate with the thin skin of the under eye area, reversing fine lines, under eye bags and hollow areas. At the same time, it prevents discoloration or bulging in the sensitive tear trough area.

A Belotero injection is actually quite simple and usually takes between 15 minutes to an hour, depending on the treatment area.

They typically last between 4-6 months, although specific formulas can last up to two years.

Because they are not permanent, they require a maintenance regime. Specifically, the time between treatment depends on each individual’s skincare concern and treatment goals.

Because cosmetic fillers are minimally invasive, they are safe and effective alternatives to plastic surgery.

Following Belotero injections, there’s no downtime and most patients can return to normal activity immediately. However, some patients describe a mild pinching, stinging or burning sensation at the injection site, but the treatment is usually easily tolerated. I

t’s advised that intense physical exercise be avoided for 24-48 hours, in order to minimize swelling. Some patients experience mild and temporary swelling, bruising, numbness, tenderness or redness, which usually dissipates within a few hours to a few days. Topical icing is recommended to alleviate these symptoms.

How much filler treatment costs depends on the area treated, as well as the correction desired.

For example, Belotero under eyes will cost a different amount than Belotero filler for cheeks or or for lip lines.
