Cancellation and Deposit Policy

A minimum of $100 nonrefundable deposit is needed to book all future treatment(s) at Smooth Synergy®.

Client shall be responsible for payment of $25 for each service(s) not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to any pre-scheduled appointment, which will automatically be charged to Client’s credit card on file and which Client agrees not to dispute with credit card issuer.

Smooth Synergy® does not reimburse Client for any money pre-paid for treatments that remains unused and does not issue refunds for services rendered or products purchased.  Smooth Synergy® will instead credit any unused funds toward any future treatment(s) of the Client’s choosing. Prepaid services and gift cards not used within one year of purchase shall be considered expired and no longer valid for redemption.

Reminder : All new clients should bring a valid License/Photo ID and valid credit card to be scanned before receiving any treatment.
