TERMS OF SERVICE: Non-refundable. Auto-renews monthly. Enrollment period starts on the date of purchase. One service per month starting on the date of enrollment. Service cannot be rolled over to next month; however, unused monthly service may be transferred to a gift card up to three times a year. Gratuity not include in price of program and should be paid at time of service.
